At Vision Mentoring, we help 7th–12th graders in Boston build confidence, life skills, and a real plan for the future, guided by near-peer mentors who’ve walked the same path.
Our Mission
Vision Mentoring was established to develop mentees’ core values and personal constitution toward becoming role model citizens and leaders within their communities. Supporting mentees with their academic and professional pursuits, Vision Mentoring guarantees the success of graduates positively influencing future generations.
Our Model
Academic Support & Mentorship
Pairing middle-schoolers with high-school mentors, and high-schoolers with college guides, to build trust, accountability, and long-term support.
Life Skills Workshops
Weekly sessions on leadership, goal-setting, public speaking, academic planning, and more.
Career & College Exposure
From alumni panels and guest speakers to career pathway planning and mock interviews. We help students imagine a future that feels possible.
