Overview

The Vision Mentoring curriculum equips students with the academic, personal, and professional skills needed to thrive in school, higher education, and beyond. Delivered through a tiered mentoring model and a clear program structure, our curriculum ensures that every student receives consistent support while also stepping into leadership roles as they progress.

Our Schedule

Fall Semester

For the fall semester, Vision will be running every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:15 to 3:45 PM.

Spring Semester

For the fall semester, Vision will be running every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:15 to 3:45 PM.

Our Structure

Our curriculum is delivered through a tiered structure that ensures every student is both a mentee and a mentor at different stages of their journey:

  • Middle Schoolers: Receive tutoring and guidance from high school mentors, building strong study habits and preparing for high school success.
  • High Schoolers: Lead and tutor middle school students while being mentored by college students, gaining academic support and career planning skills.
  • College Students: Provide tutoring and insight into higher education, supporting high school students while strengthening their own leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Alumni: Return as career mentors, speakers, and program supporters, reinforcing the cycle of mentorship and giving back to the community.
