Our Schedule
Our Structure
Our curriculum is delivered through a tiered structure that ensures every student is both a mentee and a mentor at different stages of their journey:
- Middle Schoolers: Receive tutoring and guidance from high school mentors, building strong study habits and preparing for high school success.
- High Schoolers: Lead and tutor middle school students while being mentored by college students, gaining academic support and career planning skills.
- College Students: Provide tutoring and insight into higher education, supporting high school students while strengthening their own leadership and coaching abilities.
- Alumni: Return as career mentors, speakers, and program supporters, reinforcing the cycle of mentorship and giving back to the community.
